授業の目的 |
The course will run for 15 classes, divided into 2 parts. The first part (5 classes) shall cover general introduction to legal concepts, and discussions on Japanese Law. The second part (10 classes) will concentrate on the basic concepts of law and technology (specifically information and/or the internet), and how they affect society and individuals.
This will be a lecture course. However, class participation is encouraged and to some degree, expected.
The course structure may be subject to change and modification as the course progresses.
