履修条件 |
The course will be divided into 2 parts. The first part shall cover introduction to legal cases involving Internet and Technology. The second part will concentrate on presentation and discussion of the various cases previously studied. The objective is to gain better understanding of the current discussions on Internet Law and information/technology through case studies and student presentations.

The course will be divided into 2 parts. The first part shall cover general introduction to the cases and concepts. The second part will concentrate student presentation and discussion. Class participation is encouraged and to some degree, expected. The course structure may be subject to change and modification as the course progresses.
