英語技能の３要素（読解、会話、リスニング）の向上に焦点を当て、各クラス所定の教材に基づき、英語のみでネイティブにより授業が行われる。 |

Every week we will read one case from English or US law and discuss the case together.
The cases will focus on human rights law, particularly the following three human rights:
The Right to Religious Freedom
The Right to Freedom of Speech in a Social Media Age
The Right to Refuse Medical Treatment

There will be no textbook. Class materials will be provided on a week-to-week basis. |
| 成績評価の方法・基準 |
Students will be evaluated based on:
(1) Class attendance
(2) Class participation
(3) A 2-3 pages Class Report to be submitted at the end of the class. |
