Course Title	Introduction to Global Politics
Course Overview	Read, discuss and reflect upon global political topics in English.
履修条件	（１）Those thinking of pursuing politics at the graduate level. （２）Those with a certain competence at reading in English.
授業の目的	（１）We shall deal with a number of fundamental concepts essential for the study of politics. （２）The course will study IN English, not study English.
授業の概要・計画	※Those thinking of taking the course must attend the first class.
授業の進め方	To debate, discuss and write about set texts.
教科書・参考書等	Materials shall be distributed in class.
成績評価の方法・基準	（１）　　Reports (both spoken and written) ： 50% （２）　　Debating contribution and content ： 50% Absence without prior approval is frowned upon.
