The aim is that helping and encouraging students to read, think and present their ideas and thoughts in English and making them familiar with legal terms in English |

授業の概要・計画 |
Students will be studying international contracts and international business using the Intercollegiate Negotiation Competition moot competition problems in 2021, and will practice legal thinking by writing a memo, analyzing facts and UNIDTROIT Principles. Students will learn how to think like lawyers and how to solve international disputes through arbitration and negotiation.

Students will read the INC moot competition problems and examine the exhibits. Also, they will learn legal terms in English connecting with what they are learning about Japanese laws. |
