授業の目的 |
デモクラシー、特に地域自治や地方政治に関心のある方を対象に、政治・統治・公共性の概念に関連した基本的知見の提供を、授業目的とします。 Focusing on the concepts of government and the public in the western political thought. |

授業の概要・授業計画 |
①関連文献の講読をします。 ②講読だけに偏らず、参加者全員による議論をつうじた応用実践練習を重視します。 Reading classical texts. Active participation to the discussion will be required. |

授業の進め方 |
●参加人数に応じて、文献講読と実践練習の割合を調整します。できるだけ、議論を通じた実践練習の比率を高めることをめざします。 ●毎回の予習は必須です。 Proceedings will be adjusted flexibly according to how many join the class, but in any way, some hours must be spent for assignment. |
| 教科書及び参考図書等 | 開講時に参加者の研究テーマなどをふまえて相談の上、確定します。 Text will be selected, participants research themes being taken into account. |
| 成績評価の方法・基準 | 平素の授業への参加の積極性に即して評価します。 Active participation will be highly evaluated. |
| その他（質問・相談方法等） | 質問・相談は随時受け付けます。 Questions and counsels will be welcome at every opportunity. |
