February 13-15, 2006 ILO Asian Labour Law Seminar
The Asian Labour Law Seminar was hosted by ILO in Fukuoka at Nishijin Plaza of Kyushu University (Research and International Exchange Plaza) for 3 days from February 13 to 15 of 2006. The seminar was attended by a large number of labour law scholars of various Asian countries including Japan. The seminar offered a variety of lectures and discussions which are aimed at achieving the reinforcement and development of the network of labour law researchers in the Asian region as well as expanding the network through training of young researchers.
September 26, 2005 Visit of Thai Central Labour Court Justices
The Thai Central Labour Court Justices paid a visit to Kyushu University on September 26, 2005. The justices were offered an 1.5hrs lecture by Professor Nakakubo of Graduate School of Law on the Japanese labour law and the outline of Japanese Labour Law at the New Century Plaza (International Exchange Plaza) in Kyushu University - Hakozaki Campus from 3 to 4:30pm.
