10 full Japanese Government scholarships will be available for the 2009-10 program.

For the 2008-9 academic year, the monthly stipend was ¥170,000. All tuition costs are waved for recipients of a Japanese government scholarship. Scholarship students also receive medical insurance and a return flight ticket.
