If you have no Japanese fonts and want to view Japanese pages properly, I would suggest installing I.E. 4.01 or higher versions and international languages accessory which contains Japanese fonts. Once installed, fonts can be used on Netscape as well (for further useful suggestions, please look through Japanese Web Resources 2000). If you feel this troublesome, a much easier alternative is available at Shodouka.
