Park, Nohyoung

Dr. Nohyoung Park is a Professor of Law of the College of Law , Korea University (since 1990). He is presently the Director of the Negotiation Research Centre at Korea University . His many positions currently included being in the general list of mediators and arbitrators of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, member of the FTA Studies Group (Ministry of Industry and Energy - Korea), among others. He was also the former Vice-president for Academic Affairs, Korea University .

He graduated from the College of Law , Korea University (LL.B. - 1981), Graduate School, Korea University (LL.M. - 1983), Harvard Law School (LL.M. - 1985), and University of Cambridge (Ph.D. in International Law - 1990).

Dr. Nohyoung Park publishes extensively on various articles on international law, WTO issues including dispute settlements, TBT, Bio-safety, Electronic Commerce, Competition Policy, FTA, and Investment.
