Casanova, Arnel

Atty. Arnel Casanonova is currently the general counsel and corporate secretary of the Bases Conversion Development Authority ((BCDA), Manila Philippines. He graduated with a Master Degree in Public Administration from the Harvard University (2007) and LLB from the University of the Philippines (1998). An awardee of the Philippine Legion of Honor Medal, the highest military merit medal (non-combat) in the Philippines, he splits his time with his work with the BCDA, as a visiting lecturer with the Ateneo de Manila School of Government, and as the founding Director / Philippines Country Manager of Avantchange Ltd.

Atty. Casanova has been involved with various projects in real property development, public infrastructure, and investment promotion.
