Kunihiro Kawasaki is Associate Professor in Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Securities Regulation. His primary research interests are in the areas of law and economics as well as law and accouting of corporate law.
His research covers countrys' economic structure and its influence on corporate law. Before joining Kyusyu Law faculty, he practiced law at an international law firm as well as accounting at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Tokyo, Japan. He earned J.D. with honours from University of Tokyo in 2022 and LL.M. from University of Chicago in 2016.
