Minoru Tokumoto researches in the areas of Commercial Law, Corporate Law & Business Law, especially the topics of Corporate Takeovers, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and the Law of Special Economic Zones, etc. Before joining Kyushu University, Faculty of Law, he was teaching at University of Tsukuba Law School & Graduate School. He is particularly interested in the method of comparative research with other countries' legal systems and offers the course of Comparative Corporate Law in this International Programs.
