Costs for accommodation (two nights of March 15th and 16th) and lunch on March 16th will be paid by Kyushu University. Costs for flights must be borne by each participant.
A coach, courtesy of the Municipality of Lisbon, will be available to carry all participants from Hotel NH Campo Grande to the Law School of the University of Lisbon, and vice versa, on 16 and 17 March, as well as to the other venues mentioned in the agenda.
