Yuan Jie is an LL.D. candidate at Kyushu University focusing on Chinese and comparative corporate governance. She has earned her law degrees from Kyushu University (LL.M.), Peking University (LL.M.) and China University of Political Science and Law (LL.B.). She is a member of the Chinese Bar.
