Ken Osugi |
Professor Osugi teaches corporate law and securities regulation at Chuo Law School in Tokyo. Prior to joining Chuo Law School, he was an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of Tokyo Metropolitan University. During that period, he was a visiting fellow at Columbia Law School.
In 1990, Professor Osugi obtained his LL.B. from Tokyo University. Following graduation, he continued his stay at Tokyo University as a Research Associate in the Faculty of Law. |
