Sean McGinty

Sean McGinty is an LLD candidate at Kyushu University’s Graduate School of Law. His research interests include corporate law, comparative law and Japanese law. Mr. McGinty obtained his LLB at the University of Victoria in Canada, following which he worked for the Victoria law firm Stevenson, Luchies and Legh. Mr. McGinty also holds an LLM from Kyushu University.
