Mathias M. Siems

Mathias M. Siems is Professor of Law at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, and a Research Associate at the Centre for Business Research of the University of Cambridge. He has held academic positions in Germany, Italy, Latvia, Hungary, the Netherlands, Israel, Hong Kong, Japan and the United States. He has published widely on comparative company and securities law, and has been involved in research funded by the DAAD, the ESRC, Fulbright and the World Bank.
