Kunihiro NAKATA

Professor KUNIHIRO NAKATA, Ryukoku Law School, JAPAN / Kyoto, received his Master’s degree (Shushi) in Law (1985) from Ritsumeikan University, JAPAN. He was the Research Fellow of German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Research Fellowship Program. He was many times the visiting scholar at Max-Planck-Institute for International and Foreign Private Law in GERMANY/ Hambrug, and the invited Professor at WIEN University, AUSTRIA. His main Article is ‘the formation process of manifestation of intention in German civil law – focusing on the criticism of the first draft”, Ritsumeikan Law Review No.194-196. He is selected as Member of International Academy of Commercial and Consumer Law since 2008. He is interested in the comparative study of European private and consumer law and today, especially in the harmonization of contract law.
