Annina H. Persson

Professor Annina H. Persson studied law at the University of Stockholm, in Sweden (1985–1990). In 1998 she obtained her PhD with a thesis on ‘Retention of Title Clauses. A study of the present and future position of a security interest’, a comparative study of the legal treatment on retention of title clauses in seven countries. In 2000 she was appointed Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Stockholm University. In 2008 she was appointed professor at the School of Law, Psychology and Social work, Örebro University, Sweden, where she presently teaches Swedish Commercial Law, Banking law and International Trade and Insolvency Law. She is also guestprofessor at Centre for Banking and Finance at Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
